Job Title: Overseas Project Sales Manager

OUPIIN is seeking a Sales Director with experience in the electronic connector industry, possessing international vision and strong project management skills. This role will be responsible for market development, customer relationship management, cross-departmental project coordination, and sales strategy planning in the North American region, supporting the U.S. branch in expanding its business and achieving growth objectives.

【Key Responsibilities】

  • Market Development & Customer Management: Develop potential overseas clients, expand market presence, maintain existing customer relationships, and manage orders and after-sales services.
  • Business Development & Product Sales: Handle product quotations, presentations, and proposals; communicate key business and product information to clients.
  • Project Leadership & Coordination: Design and drive sales projects, integrating marketing, R&D, and production teams to ensure smooth execution from concept to mass production.
  • Team Management & Training: Plan regional strategies, set goals, guide and train sales teams to enhance overall performance.
  • Strategic Analysis & Budget Planning: Monitor market trends and competition, plan project budgets and expenditures, and regularly review performance and report progress to management.

【Qualifications】

  • Excellent cross-departmental communication and international business negotiation skills, with strong presentation and proposal abilities.
  • Familiar with project management processes; able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining schedule control.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Experience in the connector or electronic component industry is required.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese, with advanced bilingual listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

 

Job Title: Field Application Engineer (FAE)

Location: Valencia California
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide effective solutions using OUPIIN products.
2. Work closely with OUPIIN R&D team to stay updated on product developments and enhancements.
3. Conduct product presentations, technical training sessions, and demonstrations for customers.
4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers during product integration and usage.
5. Serve as a liaison between customers and OUPIIN, conveying customer feedback and requirements to the R&D team for continuous improvement.
6. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.
7. Travel to customer sites as needed to support on-site technical requirements.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. Must speak English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with OUPIIN's diverse customer base.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining customer relationships.
4. Willingness to learn and specialize in connectors.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with the OUPIIN R&D team to understand and communicate technical aspects of products.
